7. Technology of production of soda ash.

326 g of salts in the brine for about dm3 193 grams of salt NaCl.

Because salt is cheap and successfully produced other profile enterprises, its large availability in brine suggests advisability of production of soda ash waste-free way BEN’s.

Therefore, we conventionally divided into 2 technology blocks: 1st division salts, 2nd - production of soda ash method BEN’s.

Planned performance aggregates Ai processing brine should reach 31.25 m³, including by soda calcined - Na₂CO₃ - 8,8 million tons, about 0.44 million tons per year, or 5.5 t / h.

Technical solutions for Ai being laid only those who have already used the existing industry. The following units shall be used and worked out all the new technological methods of production of soda by employees of JSC «SBI».
